CCCMastery Enrollment & Use Agreement

Purpose of the Program
The modules and training programs offered by Certified Coaching Council, LLC (“Company,” “CCC,” “we,” “our”) are delivered through our official website, www.CCCMastery.com (“Website”).
Our programs are designed as educational and personal development opportunities. They are based on the proprietary Life Lessons Through the Lens™ framework, which provides guided reflection and structured open-ended questioning.
This framework is designed to:
- Support individuals seeking professional and personal development
- Provide structured self-reflection and communication improvement
- Enhance leadership and decision-making skills in real-world environments
Completion of course training signifies participation in CCC’s proprietary educational framework.
It is not a state-licensed credential, certification, or accredited designation.
Definitions & Scope of Use
“Participant” means any individual enrolled in a CCCMastery training program.
“Professional Use” means applying CCC concepts, materials, or frameworks in any personal, professional, or organizational setting.
“Platform” means any CCC digital systems, tools, portals, or online resources.
This Agreement applies to all Participants.
No Guarantees of Results
Participation in the program does not guarantee:
- employment or job placement
- promotion or career advancement
- income, clients, or referrals
- business success of any kind
All outcomes depend on individual application and circumstances.
Accreditation and Affiliation
Certified Coaching Council, LLC is an independent provider.
CCC programs are not accredited, endorsed, or affiliated with any governmental agency, university, or licensing body.
Digital Delivery Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content and services is provided immediately upon purchase.
You expressly consent to this immediate delivery and understand that access constitutes fulfillment of the product.
Where applicable, this may affect certain withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Intellectual Property
All course materials — including but not limited to text, frameworks, modules, audio, video, and digital content — are the exclusive property of Certified Coaching Council, LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
CCC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal fees.
Affiliate & Referral Policy
We may offer referral or affiliate opportunities at our discretion.
Commissions are earned only on sales that are properly tracked through authorized referral methods, including designated tracking links or assigned discount codes.
If a purchase is completed without the use of an affiliate’s tracking link or assigned discount code, the sale will not be attributed and no commission will be due.
Affiliates are responsible for directing all prospective customers through their assigned referral methods.
We are not responsible for untracked or misattributed sales.
Pricing & Promotions
We reserve the right to modify pricing, offer discounts, or run promotions at any time, including public, private, or volume-based offers.
Pricing may vary across channels, audiences, or promotional campaigns.
Affiliates acknowledge that such variations do not entitle them to compensation adjustments, claims, or disputes.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this program, we offer a 30-day conditional refund policy.
A refund may be granted only if the program has not been accessed beyond initial preview use.
A purchase is considered fulfilled and no longer eligible for a refund once any of the following occur:
- Accessing course content beyond the initial module introduction
- Engaging with course material beyond a brief preview period (approximately 10–15 minutes)
Program access and usage are tracked for verification purposes.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

- Email address used for purchase
- Account login email (if different)
- Date of purchase
Training Usage
Use of CCC materials, frameworks, or concepts is for personal and professional development.
No rights are granted to reproduce, resell, license, or commercially distribute CCC materials without prior written authorization.
Platform Use
Access to CCC platforms or digital systems is subject to this Agreement and any platform-specific rules presented at the time of access.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation, then binding arbitration under AAA rules if unresolved.
CCC retains the right to seek immediate injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
