FAQ
Yes. Beyond life coaching, the ability to communicate, motivate, and guide others is highly valued across every industry. Many graduates use their CCC certification to strengthen their resume, gain leadership credibility, or stand out in interviews for management and professional development roles.
Not at all. While many students pursue certification to become professional coaches, just as many enroll to enhance their leadership, communication, and mentoring skills for career growth. Coaching skills elevate your ability to manage, lead, and connect—making this certification a valuable credential for anyone looking to advance in their career.
Our structured program and proprietary Life Lessons chapter system guide you step-by-step—so even if coaching feels new, you’ll know exactly what to say and ask. The course builds confidence by providing examples, role-play scenarios, and proven tools that make the art of questioning natural and effective.
No experience is required. CCC was designed for beginners and professionals alike. Whether you’re a salesperson applying for a manager position, new to coaching or lead any type of team in business or life, our curriculum meets you where you are and helps you grow from there.
CCC combines professional structure with a proprietary Life Lessons chapter search system, created by Mark J. Friedlander, author of the Life Lessons Thru the Lens book series. This method removes the guesswork—giving you practical, real-world conversations you can apply immediately in both personal and professional settings.
You can move at your own pace. Most students get certified in the Entry Level in a few days. While the Intermediary Level is similar, it provides valuable conference calls for ongoing experience.
- Entry Level: Online, self-paced foundational training for those exploring coaching or enhancing professional skills.
- Intermediary Level: All Entry content plus advanced online lessons and weekly live group calls for one year.
- Master Level: Everything in the prior levels plus 12 private one-on-one sessions and eligibility for subcontracted coaching opportunities when available in your area.
Your investment always moves with you. When you upgrade to the next level, the full amount you’ve already paid applies as credit toward the list price of your selected program—so you never lose value as you grow.
- Entry Level: $399 list / $279 promo — $120 savings
- Intermediary Level: $699 list / $499 promo — $200 savings
- Master Level: $1,499 list / $1,000 promo — $499 savings
Promotional pricing is valid through December 31, 2025.
Example of Rolling Credit
If you purchase the Entry Level at the promotional $279 ($120 savings), complete the course, and then upgrade to the Intermediary Level ($699 list / $499 promo — $200 savings), you’ll pay $699 – $279 = $420.
If you later advance to the Master Level ($1,499 list / $1,000 promo — $499 savings), you’ll pay $1,499 – $420 = $1,079.
In other words, you’re paying the $1,499 list price over time, instead of paying $1,000 for the full Master Level package by December 31, 2025—a $499 Savings!
Many participants on a budget prefer to begin with the Entry or Intermediary Levels to explore the program and grow step-by-step, while others choose to maximize their savings and benefits right away by enrolling directly in the Master Level. Either path works—one rewards flexibility, the other rewards commitment and offers the greatest financial value.
- If each level were purchased separately, the total would be:
$399 + $699 + $1,499 = $2,597.
We offer rollover credit because each level builds upon the one before it—the Entry Level is included in the Intermediary, and the Intermediary benefits are included in the Master Level. This means you only pay for new content and added value as you grow, not for what you’ve already completed.
Yes, Stepping up through tiers totals the Master Level list price ($1,499)—a fair, pay-as-you-grow path with no penalties and no stacking of discounts.
Only one promotional discount applies, and it’s the one offered at your starting plan.
Yes! We’ve partnered with Affirm, a trusted third-party financing company, to make enrollment more flexible and affordable. Affirm allows you to split your payment into easy monthly installments—often with 0% APR options for qualified buyers.
There are no hidden fees, and you’ll see your total cost and monthly payment clearly before you check out. Approval decisions are instant, and payment terms typically range from 3 to 12 months, depending on your eligibility.
By using Affirm, you can lock in your $499 Master Level savings before December 31, 2025, while spreading payments comfortably over time.
Absolutely. Affirm financing is available for all CCC plans—Entry, Intermediary, and Master Level. This allows you to begin your certification journey now and pay over time while still enjoying promotional pricing and rollover credit benefits.
No matter which level you choose, Affirm gives you the flexibility to invest in your future without financial stress.
Not yet—but we’re getting there. The Certified Coaching Council (CCC) certification is built on real-world coaching skills and a proven framework that’s already gaining attention within the professional and personal development community. As our network of certified coaches continues to grow, so does the recognition and credibility of the program.
Our goal is to expand CCC’s reach and partnerships nationally and internationally, giving early graduates the advantage of being among the first to hold this emerging and respected certification.
Yes — and we encourage it! To keep your certification active, there’s a $49 Continuing Education (CE) renewal each year, which includes a 10-question refresher quiz and one module overview—similar in format to the Entry Level course modules.
You can also stay connected through our optional $99 annual membership, which gives you access to weekly calls with Mark, exclusive event discounts, and special pricing on CCC merchandise and partner products and services.
Renewing each year ensures you stay sharp, supported, and connected to a growing community of certified coaches and professionals who continue to learn, lead, and inspire.
All calls—whether one-on-one or group conference sessions—are just 30 minutes each. You can also expect to spend about 10 to 15 additional minutes each week reading or listening to selected Life Lessons book chapters or audio lessons, followed by a few self-reflective discovery questions.
Altogether, most participants find that less than one hour per week is enough to stay fully engaged, learn effectively, and apply what they’ve discovered in real-life situations.
