Last Updated: January 12, 2026

  1. Purpose of the Program

The certification modules and training programs offered by Certified Coaching Council, LLC (“Company,” “CCC,” “we,” “our”) are delivered through our official website, www.CCCMastery.com (“Website”).

Our programs are designed as educational and personal development opportunities. They are based on the proprietary Life Lessons Thru the Lens book series, which provides guided reflection and structured open-ended questioning.

This framework is uniquely designed to:

  • Support individuals seeking resume-enhancing certifications
  • Provide personal development and self-reflection opportunities
  • Serve as a foundation for Participants who may later pursue professional coaching activities

Completion of course training and certification signifies successful participation in CCC’s proprietary educational framework. It is not a state-licensed credential.

  1. Definitions & Scope of Use

For purposes of this Agreement:

  • “Participant” means any individual enrolled in a CCCMastery certification program.
  • “Certification” means completion of the educational program for personal development and/or resume enhancement.
  • “Professional Coaching Use” means offering paid or unpaid coaching services using CCC materials, methodologies, frameworks, or branding.
  • “Licensed Coach” means a Participant who has received written authorization from CCC to use CCC materials in a professional coaching capacity.
  • “Platform” means any CCC digital systems, tools, portals, or online resources.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, this Agreement applies to all Participants. Certain provisions apply only if and when a Participant engages in Professional Coaching Use or Platform access.

  1. No Guarantees of Results

Participation in the program does not guarantee:

  • client acquisition
  • income
  • referrals
  • professional recognition
  • business success of any kind

Any references to “future life coach” or suggestions regarding coaching activities are inspirational only and not promises of outcomes.

Application of the materials, concepts, or tools is solely the responsibility of the Participant.

  1. Accreditation and Affiliation

  • Certified Coaching Council, LLC is an independent provider.
  • CCC certifications are not accredited, endorsed, or affiliated with any governmental agency, university, or external licensing body.
  1. Refund & Payment Policy

Because Participants receive immediate access to proprietary digital materials upon purchase:

  • All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable.

By proceeding to payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement in full prior to purchase.
  • Completing payment, whether or not you have read this Agreement, constitutes your irrevocable acceptance.
  • Any technical error, system default, or oversight allowing payment without a checkbox acknowledgment does not invalidate acceptance.
  • Failure to read this Agreement does not exempt you from its application.
  • No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
  • You expressly waive and release any and all rights to dispute charges or seek refunds through any payment provider, including but not limited to claims of misunderstanding, dissatisfaction, non-review, or non-acceptance.

  1. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including but not limited to text, graphics, modules, frameworks, audio, video, and digital content — are the exclusive property of Certified Coaching Council, LLC and are distributed solely through www.CCCMastery.com.

Participants are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Penalty for Unauthorized Use:
Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach and will result in legal action. CCC will pursue all available remedies, including:

  • Injunctive relief
  • Recovery of damages and attorneys’ fees
  • Recognition that such misuse causes irreparable harm, loss of goodwill, disruption of business operations, and significant financial hardship
  1. Professional Coaching & Licensing (Conditional)

Certification alone does not authorize Professional Coaching Use.

If a Participant elects to offer coaching services using CCC materials, frameworks, or branding:

  • Such use is permitted only with written authorization from CCC
  • CCC retains sole discretion regarding licensing approval
  • CCC makes no guarantee of selection, engagement, or ongoing relationship

This section applies only if a Participant engages in Professional Coaching Use.

  1. Platform Use (Conditional)

Access to or use of CCC platforms, tools, or digital resources is subject to this Agreement and any platform-specific rules presented at the time of access.

This section applies only when Platform access is used.

Continued use of the Platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
